Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: [Insert Date] This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Chic Coded Studio (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”). By submitting payment, signing electronically, or approving services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below. 1. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to: Provide all required content, images, branding materials, and information in a timely manner Respond to communication requests within a reasonable timeframe Ensure submitted content is owned by the Client or properly licensed Delays in content submission may result in project timeline extensions. 2. Payment Terms Full payment or agreed-upon deposit is required before work begins Payments are non-refundable once work has started Payment confirms acceptance of this Agreement Additional services or revisions beyond scope will be invoiced separately Failure to submit payment may pause or terminate services. 3. Revisions & Maintenance Revisions are limited to the scope of the selected package Monthly maintenance updates do not roll over if unused Requests exceeding allotted updates will be billed at standard rates 4. Project Timeline Timelines are estimates and may vary based on: Client responsiveness Content submission delays Scope changes or added services Chic Coded Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the Client or third-party platforms. 5. Ownership & Usage Rights Upon full payment: The Client owns the final approved website and design assets Chic Coded Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing 6. Third-Party Platforms Chic Coded Studio may utilize third-party platforms (Wix, payment processors, booking systems, etc.). The Client agrees to the terms of those platforms and understands Chic Coded Studio is not responsible for platform outages, updates, or limitations. 7. Termination Chic Coded Studio reserves the right to terminate services for: Non-payment Lack of communication Violation of agreement terms Abusive or inappropriate behavior No refunds will be issued for terminated projects. 8. Limitation of Liability Chic Coded Studio is not liable for: Loss of profits, data, or business revenue Website downtime caused by third-party platforms Client misuse or unauthorized edits after project completion By submitting payment or approving services the Client acknowledges they have read and agree.
